Terms of Use
Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") define the conditions for using the services provided by Chubu Snow Alliance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with the Terms.
- The Service includes functions such as member management, coupons, parking reservations, daycare reservations, and school reservations. For some services, such as school reservations, terms and conditions or cancellation policies separately established by each operator may apply.
Article 2 (User Registration)
- In the Service, registration is completed when a person wishing to register agrees to the Terms, applies for registration by the method prescribed by the Company, and the Company approves the application.
- The Company may not approve the application for registration if it determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons, and the Company shall not be obligated to disclose the reasons:
- (1) If false information was reported at the time of application for registration
- (2) If the application is from a person who has violated the Terms in the past
- (3) In other cases where the Company determines that registration is not appropriate
Article 3 (Management of Login Information and Authentication Codes)
- Users shall, at their own responsibility, appropriately manage the email address used for registration (hereinafter referred to as "Registered Email Address") and the authentication code issued by the Service.
- Under no circumstances may a User transfer or lend the authentication code to a third party or share it with a third party.
- If a login is performed with a combination of the Registered Email Address and authentication code that matches, the Company will consider it to be used by the registered User themselves.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of the Registered Email Address or authentication code by a third party, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 4 (Prohibited Matters)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights included in the Service
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the servers or networks of the Company, other Users, or third parties
- Commercial use of information obtained through the Service
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services
- Unauthorized access or attempts to do so
- Collecting or accumulating personal information about other Users
- Using the Service for illicit purposes
- Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other Users of the Service or other third parties
- Impersonating another User
- Promotion, advertising, solicitation, or business activities on the Service not permitted by the Company
- Providing benefits directly or indirectly to anti-social forces in connection with the Company's services
- Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 5 (Suspension of Service Provision, etc.)
- The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User if it determines that any of the following reasons exist:
- When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates of the computer system related to the Service
- When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
- When computers or communication lines stop due to an accident
- In other cases where the Company determines that providing the Service is difficult
- The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by Users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 6 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration/Withdrawal)
- If a User falls under any of the following, the Company may restrict the use of all or part of the Service or cancel the User's registration without prior notice:
- If any provision of the Terms is violated
- In other cases where the Company determines that the use of the Service is not appropriate
- Users may withdraw from the Service by the withdrawal procedure prescribed by the Company.
Article 7 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with the Company's "Privacy Policy."
Chapter 2: Parking Reservation Service
Article 8 (Use of Parking Reservation Service)
- The Parking Reservation Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Reservation Service") is a service that allows you to reserve parking spaces at each ski resort operated by the Company.
- Conditions such as target parking lots, available dates, and usage hours will be described on the reservation page of each ski resort.
- Users shall accurately enter the necessary information prescribed by the Company at the time of reservation application.
Article 9 (Usage Fees and Payment)
- Usage fees (reservation fees and parking fees) for this Reservation Service vary depending on the ski resort and the date. Details will be displayed on the reservation site.
- In principle, payment shall be made by the credit card registered in this system. Credit card information is registered at the time of reservation application, and the actual payment processing is executed upon completion of the check-in procedure on the day of use. However, if cancellation fees, etc., as stipulated in Article 10 occur, payment may be made by the registered credit card regardless of whether check-in is performed.
Article 10 (Change/Cancellation of Reservation)
- If a change to the reservation details is required, the User must cancel the reservation once and make a new reservation.
- Users shall complete the cancellation procedure on the member site by the deadline stated on each reservation page (hereinafter referred to as the "Cancellation Deadline").
- In principle, cancellations after the Cancellation Deadline are not accepted. If there are unavoidable circumstances, please contact each facility directly.
- If a reservation is cancelled through the formal procedure within the Cancellation Deadline, the usage fee will not be charged. However, in the event of cancellation after the Cancellation Deadline or failure to use the service without notice (no-show), the full amount of the usage fee (or the amount stipulated by each facility) will be charged to the registered credit card as a cancellation fee.
Article 11 (Compliance Matters)
- On the day of use, the User shall present the screen or information of the QR code, etc., that confirms the completion of the reservation to the local staff for confirmation.
- If arrival is significantly delayed (after 12:00 for Dynaland, or more than 90 minutes from the scheduled arrival time for Takasu Snow Park, etc.), the User shall promptly contact each facility. If no contact is made, the space may be released as an on-site application slot for that day. In such cases, usage fees will not be refunded.
- This Reservation Service is intended to secure a parking space and does not guarantee the designation of a specific location or priority guidance.
Chapter 3: Miscellaneous
Article 12 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may change the Terms if it deems it necessary. In this case, the Company will post the details of the revised Terms and the effective date on the Company's website to notify Users. The revised Terms shall take effect from the effective date, and if a User uses the Service after the effective date, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
