How do I register as a member?
Please enter your email address from "Sign Up" on the top page. An authentication code (or registration URL) will be sent to the entered address, so please complete the registration from there.
There is no screen to set a password.
For security reasons, this system does not use fixed passwords. Please log in by entering the "Authentication Code (One-Time Password)" sent to your registered email address each time you log in.
I am not receiving the authentication code.
Please check the following possibilities:
- Check if it is in your spam folder
- Check if you have not set to reject emails from "noreply@mail.app.supabase.io"
- Check if the email address you entered is correct

I want to deactivate my account.
Please proceed to "Deactivate Account" from the "Member Information" menu on My Page. Please note that all coupons and reservation information you have will be deleted upon deactivation.
2. Coupon Function
How do I use a coupon?
Please use it in the following steps:
1. Select the coupon you want to use from My Page at the time of checkout or facility use.
2. The camera will start, so please scan the QR code installed at the facility window with your smartphone.
3. When "Used" is displayed on the screen, please show the screen to the staff.

What is a "Challenge Coupon"?
It is a coupon that allows you to participate in a lottery after use. After using the coupon, a button to proceed to the lottery will be displayed on the coupon screen. If you win, a "Special Coupon" will be granted.
Can I print and use coupons?
No, operation on a screen such as a smartphone is required. Printed paper cannot be used.
3. Parking Reservation
What information is required for reservation?
Member registration and credit card information for payment are required.
When will the payment be settled?
You register your credit card information at the time of reservation, but the actual settlement will be made at the time of "Check-in on the day". * In the case of no-show, etc., the prescribed cancellation fee will be deducted from the registered card.
How do I enter (check-in) on the day?

Is there a cancellation fee?
A cancellation fee may be incurred in accordance with the cancellation policy set by each parking lot. For specific deadlines and conditions, please check the cancellation policy listed on the reservation detail page of each parking lot. In principle, 100% of the usage fee will be charged as a cancellation fee for cancellations after the specified deadline or if you do not come without contacting us (no-show).
Can I pay with cash?
We are sorry. Parking reservations are only available by advance registration with a credit card.
